About The Role

As Event Designer, you will work on the production, and the delivery of all design collateral that supports the onsite experience at PEI Group’s annual global events. This role is central to delivering the visual impact and branding consistency across events in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Working closely with your manager (Event Design Manager) and event organisers, operations teams, you will ensure that all collateral ­- from large stage sets to digital signage in the form of PowerPoints’ - is delivered on time and to exacting standards.

The role requires strong creative skills, excellent time management, and a good understanding of event design trends, print pre-production, and digital presentation tools. 
 
Ongoing duties
  • Work on the full lifecycle of designed deliverables for PEI Group global events.
  • Ensure consistent visual identity and high-quality output across all events and materials.
  • You will keep your manager (Event Design Manager) up to date with all ongoing projects.
  • In addition, your creative vision will help the evolution of event experiences, elevating them to the next level in terms of quality, aesthetics, and innovation.

Creative Direction & Production

  • Design and production of event collateral including large-format signage, stage backdrops, on-site literature, and digital displays.
  • Collaborate with the marketing design team to ensure consistent event branding.
  • Explore the development of fresh, innovative, and engaging visuals that enhance the delegate experience.

Project Coordination

  • Work with global teams across departments to gather requirements and deliver creative assets on schedule.
  • Ensure timelines and production schedules are met to ensure the delivery of all event materials.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align visual content with event goals and brand standards.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across regions and departments.

Quality Control & Brand Management

  • Maintain design quality and brand consistency across all collateral.
  • Adhere to visual guidelines and ensure global alignment across media and formats.

About You

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional design experience (ideally in an agency or events  environment).
  • Proven experience working on design projects from concept to delivery.

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Good pre-production skills in print across varied materials.
  • Familiar with online publishing platforms.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ie PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
