About The Role

As Network Producer, you'll own a portfolio of small to medium-scale events across the US and help grow PEI's CFO network. You'll work alongside the lead CFO producer and partner closely with the conference, editorial, marketing and sales teams.

This role suits someone who loves building lasting relationships within a member community. Success means members stay engaged all year round, not just on event days, and every event you produce delivers a strong agenda, the right speakers and a full room.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the lead CFO producer to develop and grow the network across the US.
  • Take full ownership of the production of 4+ events each year.
  • Collaborate with the conference and editorial teams to develop and deliver compelling, market-leading agendas.
  • Identify and recruit senior industry speakers who bring expertise, insight and influence to our events.
  • Keep network members engaged year-round through regular meetings, content and relationship-building that sustain a genuine sense of community.
  • Make sure members and prospects know about upcoming events, working across marketing and sales channels to turn awareness into registrations.
  • Partner with the Sponsorship Sales Manager to align the content and commercial objectives of each event.
  • Innovate with event formats and agenda structures, creating new and engaging approaches for the network.

About You

Essential

  • At least 1 year of experience in conference production or community/membership management

Desirable

  • Experience working on financial services or private equity conferences

Personal attributes

  • Self-motivated and happy to take ownership
  • Able to work independently across multiple events and priorities at once
  • Resilient under pressure, staying focused across competing priorities and hitting key deadlines
  • Personable and proactive, able to work across teams and build genuine rapport with a recurring member base
  • A persuasive yet diplomatic communicator who makes sure the right deadlines and initiatives get prioritized
  • Takes real pride in your own and the company's work, and always looks for ways to improve
Benefits:
  • 24 days of annual leave (increasing with tenure), plus 9 paid public holidays
  • 56 hours of sick leave and the last week of the year off globally
  • Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Nationwide medical coverage through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, with at least one plan covered at no cost for you and your dependents
  • Dental, vision, FSA & HSA options, plus voluntary benefits (commuter, disability, legal and pet insurance)
  • 401k with 3% employer match through Empower - eligible from day one - no wait period
